This notice explains how HEMWAY555 L.L.C. collects and uses information when you visit hemway555.com, place an order, or contact us.

Information we collect

We collect the contact and business information you submit, including your name, email address, business name and type, source links, project notes, selected package, agreement to our terms, order status, and related correspondence. We also keep operational event records and a one-way fingerprint derived from network information to limit checkout abuse. We do not store the raw fingerprint input in the order record.

Payments

Stripe processes payments on its hosted checkout page. We receive transaction identifiers, payment status, amount, customer details, invoice identifiers, and receipt links needed to administer the order. We do not receive or store your full card number or card security code. Stripe's own privacy notice applies to its processing.

How we use information

To create, track, deliver, support, and account for your order.
To communicate about unclear source material, proofs, delivery, refunds, or support.
To prevent abuse, protect the service, keep audit records, and comply with legal obligations.
To understand our customer relationships and offer related services. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

We use Vercel for hosting and application delivery, Neon for the order database, Stripe for payment processing, Resend for transactional email, and Clerk for staff authentication. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.

Retention and security

We retain order and transaction records as reasonably needed for delivery, support, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and legal compliance. Access to the operations area is authenticated and restricted to approved staff email addresses. No online system can promise absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted. Some transaction or legal records may need to be retained. Email support@hemway555.com with your request. Transactional messages required to complete an active order are not marketing messages.

Children and changes

This business service is not directed to children under 13. We may update this notice as the service changes; the effective date above identifies the current version.
