Service terms

These terms form an agreement between the customer and HEMWAY555 L.L.C. for Menu & Price-List Rescue services purchased through hemway555.com. By checking the agreement box and paying, you confirm that you are authorized to order for the named business.

Scope

The $199 package includes a cover and menu or price-list redesign. The $249 package includes those items plus one agreed map, social/contact, story, or information page. Both packages include print and mobile PDFs, an editable source file, and one matching promotional graphic. Website implementation, printing, hosting, photography, copywriting, and additional pages are outside the package unless separately agreed in writing.

Source material and approvals

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and authorized source material and for reviewing names, prices, descriptions, allergens, disclaimers, addresses, links, and contact details. You grant us permission to use that material solely to perform the service. We will not invent missing business facts. Work may pause while we await clarification or approval.

Payment and taxes

Package payment is due at checkout in U.S. dollars. Stripe processes the payment and may provide its own receipt or paid invoice. Any tax that the law requires us to collect will be shown before payment. Introductory pricing applies only to the order placed and may change for future orders.

Review, revisions, and delivery

We will provide a project schedule after reviewing the submitted source. The package includes reasonable revisions needed to bring the agreed design into scope. A substantial change in content, direction, size, or deliverables may require a separate quote. Delivery is electronic to the email address provided or through a secure link.

Rights

You retain rights in the material you provide. After full payment, you may use the approved custom deliverables for your business. We retain our pre-existing tools, methods, templates, and know-how. Third-party fonts, stock assets, or software remain subject to their own licenses. We do not display customer work publicly without permission.

Acceptable use

You may not submit material that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or that you lack authority to use. We may decline or cancel work that creates a legal, safety, or rights concern and will handle any refund under the service policy.

Practical limits

Design can improve clarity and presentation but does not guarantee sales, traffic, customer response, regulatory compliance, or business results. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. This limit does not waive rights that cannot legally be waived.

Disputes and contact

Please contact support@hemway555.com first so we can try to resolve a concern promptly. These terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
